LWLcom is a telecommunications company based in Bremen, Germany. They offer multiple internet solutions both for individuals and companies.
Together with Bridges Across Europe, Stand out developed a series of 4 videos explaining the services they offer in their B2B operation.

The goal was to make very sober videos, conveying trustworthiness, experience and expertise.
The Challenge:
Explaining highly technical concepts through 2D animation
As a telecommunications company, LWLcom’s operations are very complex. They offer technologies that are hard to understand for the average business owner.

For this reason, if we wanted to convey trustworthiness and expertise, we had to be very clear in the way we explained the services, technologies and tariffs.

We ended up developing a series of animated infographics that explained simply and plainly the complex topics LWLcom works with.

In this case, multiple meetings with the client allowed us to really understand their product and buying persona. This, in turn, allowed us to carefully craft every video making sure that the services and products were perfectly explained.
The solution:
Four sober and trust conveying animated explainers
The final result were 4 animated videos that explained in a simple manner LWLcom’s values, services and technologies, even for the less tech-savvy viewers. Everything, from the script to the rythm of the animations was planned in accordance with LWLcom’s values.

A multiple approach, international marketing campaign for LWLcom
In total, ten videos were made for this campain: Four explainers in English, four in German, and two compilations of the most important points made in the previous videos, to be used in fairs and congresses.

The multi-channel approach LWLcom took, using both online and physical marketing allowed for a very successful advertising campaign.
